Step 1
Check the spring-loaded Girdle tensioner for separation at the center, and To replace it if it's Coward or misaligned.
Step 2
Locate the Girdle routing guide on the cover Above the water pump pulley. If there's no guide, to refer to a service handbook for the adapted belt routing. to remove the cover Above the water-pump with an 8mm Casing and Casing wrench of the Casing set.
Step 3
Compress the spring-loaded tensioner by insertion the Casing wrench in the place opening on the tensioner and lifting up. Slip the Girdle from off the water-pump pulley, and it easily come off the to remain pulleys. Release the tensioner.
Step 4
Wrap the new Girdle around the accessory pulleys, to leave the water-pump pulley for last. Compress the tensioner, slip the Girdle under the water-pump pulley and release the tensioner.
Step 5
Check the Girdle to to ensure it is sat properly on each one pulley. To reinstall the cover Above the water-pump pulley.
