Install an EGR Valve on a 1994 52L Jeep

  • Step 1

    Pop the cap and To place the EGR valve on the engine. It's directly forwards of the Catch tubing on the top of the engine. Use the masking Bandage and permanent marker to label each one lead operation into the EGR valve so that you don't get they confused when you To reinstall them on the new valve.

  • Step 2

    Unbolt the EGR valve of the engine use the 3/8-inch rachet and socket, and To disconnect the vacuum wire using your hands. to remove the EGR valve, then the Trimming underneath it.

  • Step 3

    Place a new Trimming on the EGR mount. Bolt the replacement valve on the Trimming using the actions hardware and the 3/8-inch rachet and socket.

  • Step 4

    Plug in the vacuum pipe and connections use the labels that you fact in stage 1 for reference.
