  • Step 1

    Remove the Couples converter cover by Elimination the bolts with the adapted socket. to remove all the Couples converter to plate flexible bolts, use a combination of key and socket. to remove the starter, use a rachet to to remove the two bolts.

  • Step 3

    Unplug all élém. élect. connectors of the transmission. to remove all the bolts in the bellhousing, use a socket. Fix a block of wood enter the transmission tailhousing and the floor councils so the transmission not tip nose downwards when the engine is removed.

  • Step 4

    Lower the truck. Drain the radiator at the petcock. to remove the Superior and inferior radiator hose, use the screwdriver. to remove the Screw in the fan shroud, use a socket. to remove the four bolts fixing the fan to the water pump. elevator the fan and mounting out of the convey at the same time.

  • Step 5

    Remove the power control linkage and the transmission kickdown cable of the side of the power control body or carburetor. to remove the fuel line, use a wrench. to remove all the vacuum lines, inclusion the brake Engine hose, by traction them off.

  • Step 6

    Remove the carburettor or power control body, use a key to to remove the nuts. to remove the Engine mount bolts, use a socket. to remove the exhaust pipe bolts, use a socket.

  • Step 7

    Remove the élém. élect. wiring of the back of the alternator and lay it on side so it Fact not to mingle with it with Elimination the engine. to remove the oil pressure Measure and the coolant the temperature gauge wiring connectors. to remove the Distributer hold downwards nut, use a wrench. disconnection the élém. élect. connector on the distributor.

  • Step 8

    Disconnect all the spark catch wires of the spark Catches and elevator the Distributer out of the Catch manifold complete with wires. disconnection any Wire that are attache to the braces and engine. Go Above the engine, glance for something that interfere with the Displacement of the engine. If something is always connected of the engine to the frame, disconnection it.

  • Step 9

    Attach the engine Crane to the engine, use the chain and placement one bolt in the driver's side front of the Roll head just below the valve cover. Place the back bolt on the Back opposite side of the Engine again just under the behind of the valve cover. elevator out the motor.
