Replace the Oxygen Sensor on a 1995 Ford Taurus

  • Step 1

    Raise your Bull onto jack stands. elevator up on the front jack not using a floor jack. Then place a jack stand under each one of the front pinching welds under the front doors and inferior the Bull onto the stands.

  • Step 2

    Climb under the convey and To place the oxygen probe on the catalytic converter. The oxygen sensor, or O2 sensor, look at like a small catch sticking out of the exhaust.

  • Step 3

    Unplug the élém. élect. leads operation to the O2 sensor.

  • Step 4

    Turn the O2 probe counterclockwise use the O2 probe tool and a Casing wrench to to remove it.

  • Step 5

    Thread and to tighten the new O2 probe using the O2 probe tool and a Casing wrench.

  • Step 6

    Plug in the élém. élect. connectors and inferior the Bull to the ground.
