  • Step 1

    Pull out any paper in the document driver that is not stuck. opened the feeder’s lid by lifting the edge up and to the left.

  • Step 2

    Pull to the left and up to to remove any stuck papers in the document feeder. end the driver cover so it clicks in place.

  • Step 3

    Open the top cover on the printer, exposure the sweeping glass. Traction to the right-hand side on any stuck paper on the inside of the cover.

  • Step 4

    Close the printer’s top cover. Traction to the right-hand side on any stuck papers in the document feeder’s output tray.

  • Step 5

    Press “Stop/Exit" on the printer’s front order panel. to reintegrate your papers in the feeder, manufacture sure to To adjust the paper guides to the cut of your papers.
