Click the "Start" button, click "Turn Off Computer," then to choose "Restart" of the system Stop menu. The computer restart and the ChkDsk program run Before to the Windows starting process. Any bad beams or lost sectors that can be recovered or remapped be fixed during the disk-checking process.
