  • Step 1

    Turn off the printer and To disconnect the power cord. Turn the printer around so you are coating the back panel.

  • Step 2

    Press both labels on the back carry to to remove it. Traction out any stuck paper inside the machine, manufacture sure to not tear it.

  • Step 3

    Clean all the rollers in the back of the printer, manufacture sure to turn they one complete revolution. Turn the printer around and opened the copy cartridge door.

  • Step 4

    Pull out any stuck paper, manufacture sure to to recover any small pieces that tore off. Clean the rollers completely in the front of the machine.

  • Step 5

    Pull on the edge of the automatic document driver on the top of the printer. Traction up on the roller assembly and to remove any stuck paper, as well as clean the rollers.

  • Step 6

    Wait 15 minutes, then end the opened doors and catch the power Twist back in.
