Step 1
Print a test Break into leaf using the nozzle control utility for your printer. The utility copies a group of coloured squares with patterns, so that you can to determine where your problem may lie.
Step 2
Examine the test print, checking for imperfections in impression quality. control to see if each one color is printing, and if the copy is entirely covering the model or if gaps to exist in the model printed.
Step 3
Check the printer ink tank for ink levels. If the ink tank is vacuum or the ink level is low then sufficiency the tank with the suitably colored ink.
Step 4
Check the air passage holes on your copy ink reservoirs. to make sure that you removed the passage plugs, and that you installed the air filters in the plug’s place. If the catch is in place, the ink not aspiration from the tank causing the color to not copy at all.
Step 5
Check that the tubes displacement the ink are unobstructed. control that all tubes are connected to both the ink cartridges and the ink tank bottles. to make sure nothing is lie on the tubes deceleration the ink flow and that no to tighten bends or crimps are present in the tubes at any point. to remove any obstructions found.
Step 6
Run the nozzle cleaning utility twice to to ensure the flow is released again and to to remove any air bubbles that may to have gathered at the printer head. copy the nozzle control again. If the nozzle control shows all colors but small cuts in the colors, turn off the printer for six hours and then run the nozzle control utility again.
