Troubleshooting an HP Officejet K80xi Printer

  • Step 1

    Open the Officejet k80xi’s front carry and makes an attempt for the cartridge carriage to completion moving. To disconnect the power Twist from the back of the printer.

  • Step 2

    Pull the copy cartridges out of the carriage and to reinstall them, manufacture sure they click in place. movement the carriage manually of the left to the right-hand side of the printer, elimination any paper or other remains blocking the carriage’s pathway.

  • Step 3

    Plug the power Twist back in the printer and end the front door. Press on the mounting around the printer’s order panel, manufacture sure it is firmly in place.

  • Step 4

    Unplug the power Twist from any power bands or Support power supplies. catch the printer directly in a wall Exit and try to copy once more.

  • Step 5

    Unplug the power Twist from the printer but not the outlet. catch down the less and number “3” buttons while you catch the power Twist back in the printer, to leave go of they after the printer beginnings to run.
