Step 1
Open a Web navigator window and remote loading the Fitter file for a PDF creation program. CutePDF author and PDF995 are two largely used free options, while Adobe's Acrobat is a more full-featured commercial application. (See Resources.)

Close all opened programs.

Double-click the icon of the Fitter file you downloaded in stage 1. to follow the on-screen directions to to install the software on your computer.

Open the Microsoft file you to want to convert to PDF format.

Press the "Ctrl" and "P" keys at the same time to to bring up the copy window.
Step 6
Select the name of the PDF creation application you installed in stage 3 of the list of available printers (e.g. "CutePDF Writer," "Adobe PDF").

Give the PDF file a name and chosen a to save location in the to result dialog box.
Step 9
Click "Save." Your Microsoft file be convert to PDF format in seconds.
