Save a Powerpoint file as a PDF

  • Step 1

    Open Microsoft Office PowerPoint. For example, click on "Start" in the inferior left-hand corner of your screen and then chosen the short cut for the application. to leave the program to load.

  • Step 2

    Press "Ctrl" and "O" at the same time to to bring up a new window. Here, you can chosen the PowerPoint file you plan to convert. For example if the file is on your Desktop, click on "Desktop" in the left-hand pane, then double-click the file in the right-hand pane.

  • Step 3

    Hold downwards "Alt" then tap "F" and then tap "A" on your keyboard. This bring up a "Save as..." window.

  • Step 4

    Click on the drop-down menu just the right-hand side of "Save as type:". chosen "PDF" of the menu. Click "Save" in the bottom right-hand corner of the Window. A progess bar appear, and when it ranges 100 per Hundred the new PDF file appear on screen.
