Copy Hardware Drivers to Another Hard Drive

Manually Copy material Drivers

  • Step 1

    Double-click "My Computer."

  • Step 2

    Double-click the system hard order (usually C:\).

  • Step 3

    Copy the "Drivers" line to an external storage device like a USB inch drive or white CD. There may too be drivers in shirts marked by their material manufacturer and in the C:\WINDOWS folder.

  • Step 4

    Insert the external disc storage device in the computer to contain the hard order on which you wish to copy the material drivers.

  • Step 5

    Copy the material drivers to the C:\ directory.

  • Step 6

    Right-click on "My Computer" and chosen "Manage."

  • Step 7

    Select "Device Manager" of the of navigation tree.

  • Step 8

    Review each one of the devices to to ensure that the material drivers are installed. If the material drivers are missing, right-click on the device and chosen "Update Driver."

    Select "Install the software automatically" and Windows automatically to detect the material drivers copied of the other hard drive.

    Launch DriverMax.

  • Step 3

    Select "Export drivers."

  • Step 4

    Specify the place you wish to to save the material drivers.

    Copy the material drivers line to an external disc storage device like a USB inch drive or white CD.
