Step 1
Click the "Run" button in the beginning menu. Type "regedit" (without quotes) and press "Enter."

Right-click the "My Computer" recording key in the SUPERIOR left hand corner of the left-most square in the recording editor. chosen "Export."

Set the preferred file type to ".reg" and the "Export Range" to "All."
Step 4
Set a place for your recording backup to a line on your flash drive. Click the "Save" button to To start the export process.
Step 1
If you're simply displacement the recording file to a new order for storage or backup, dredge the .reg file off of your flash order to copy it in the adapted folder for storage.
Step 2
If you're Importation the recording to a new installation of Windows, double-click the recording file and click "Ok" when asked about amalgamation that file with your running registry. Note that this stage cannot be undone.

Reboot your PC and test your Arrangements to to make sure that your recording settings transferred properly.
