Step 1
Click "Insert" at the top of the Excel document. of here, chosen "Illustration" and "Smart Art." Click the stamp layout then click "OK."
Step 2
Enter your text in the matrix. Click the text button and beginning typing. If you to want to importation text of elsewhere, copy your original text by description it with your mouse and press "Control" + "C", and paste it ("Control" + "V") in the text box.
Step 3
Move the box. If you to want to movement your box, click and dredge it with your mouse to its new location. catch "Control" and press the arrow keys to movement the box in small increments.
Step 4
Change the stamp layout. Right-click on your stamp and chosen the "Change Layout" option. There are three provisions you can to choose from: the basic matrix, the heading matrix and the roast matrix. The basic stamp shows the Report/ratio between numbers and letters through quadrants. The heading matrix indicate four quadrants as a whole. The roast matrix accents the quadrant's Report/ratio as separated quadrants.
Step 5
Change the colors of your matrix. Click "Smart Art Tools" > "Design" > "Change Color." The Change Color tab can add a rougeoyer effect, a soft edge or a three-dimensional effect. Change the border of the stamp by to click "Format Shape" and Run through the colors. Change the melts color of the stamp by selection "Format Shape" and chosen the "Fill" or "Solid Fill" option.
