Step 1
Enter the data series in an Excel 2007 worksheet. Type the labels for the data series in the cells in one column. Type the numbers for the data series in the correspondence cells in the afterwards column. For example, you force enter the name of each one sales equip into the cells in column "A" and their correspondence sales figures in the cells in column "B."

Select the cells to contain the data series by to click on the initially cell in the series, possession the mouse button downwards and displacement the Indicator over the rest of the cells in the series.

Go to the "Insert" tab of the ribbon. Click "Pie" in the "Charts" group.

Choose the subtype of pie diagram you to want to use, such as "Exploded Pie" or "3-D Pie." The pie diagram appears on the running worksheet.
Step 5
Click on the pie diagram to chosen it. Go to the "Design" tab under "Chart Tools" to chosen a different diagram style. Go to the "Layout" tab to add effects such as "3-D Rotation." to save the break into leaf of work by to click the "Save" button on the "Quick Access Toolbar."
