  • Step 1

    Launch Macromedia Flash 8 and opened up your animation project you to want to use the Fuzzy spot function in. to direct to the braces on the chronology (the little white rectangles that you've placé all your diagrams in to to make them move) where the object you to want to Fuzzy spot is placed.     Click on "Modify > Convert to symbol." In the box that appears, to create a name for your object and then to make sure the option "Movie clip" is chosen next to the word "Type." Next, click on "OK."

    Select your object that you've just turned in a symbol by to click on it once. At the bottom of the screen click on the "Filters" tab. Then, click the "+" button. of the menu of filters, chosen "Blur."

  • Step 4

    Adjust the quantity of blurriness by to increase or lowering the numbers by the words "Blur x" and "Blur y." "Blur x" orders how disorder the object becomes of left to right, while the "Blur y" orders how disorder the object is of top to bottom.
