Step 1
Open Photoshop and click "File," then click "New." Name the file "PSPIcon" and change the "Width" to 80 Pixel and the "Height" to 144 pixels. Change the "Mode" to "RGB Color" and chosen "White" of the "Contents" menu. Click the "OK" button.
Step 2
Click "View," then to choose "Fit on Screen." This doesn't to increase your image, it just give you more part to draw.
Step 3
Click the "Fill" tool, which look at like a tipping painting can, on "Tools" pallets on the left side of the screen. Note the new bar tool holder at the top of the screen. Traction down the "Fill" menu and chosen "Pattern," then click the drop-down menu of the "Pattern" box. to choose a melts icon model and double-click it. planed flight your cursor above the "PSPIcon" box and note that it changes to the painting can.
Step 4
Click once inside the "PSPIcon" box and it sufficiencies with color. Click "View" and chosen "Actual Pixels" to see how the icon look at regular size.
Step 5
(Optional) Click the "Text" tool, which look at like a "T," on the "Tools" palette. Note the new text bar tool holder at the top of the screen. chosen a font, cut and color, then planed flight your cursor above the "PSPIcon" box. Click inside it and the cursor changes to a Flickering line. Type your name, initial or other message. to adjust text cut as required. Click the "Move" tool, which is the black arrowhead and cross, to movement your text in place.
Step 6
Click the "File" menu, then click "Save For Web." On the right-hand side side menu, Traction down the top-left "Settings" menu and chosen "PNG-24." Click the "OK" button. to choose a destination for the file, such as your PSP folder, then click the "Save" button.
