Step 1
Open Microsoft Editor and click "Publications for Print." Click the "Brochures" link, then to choose one of the presetting designs by double-clicking on it. Don't concern if it's not exactly your brochure's theme--you can always change it.
Step 2
Note that the Booklet is two pages--small page 1 and 2 icons are located at the bottom of your screen. Right-click on one of the brochure's presetting photos or fastens art and chosen "Change Picture," then click "From File." to review to where one of the photographs for your Booklet is located on your computer, then double-click it. It pastes in directly in place of the old one.
Step 3
Click through both pages of the brochure, replacement the presetting photos with your own. To add additional photos, click "Insert" at the top of the screen, then to choose "Picture" and click "From File." to review to where the photograph is located and double-click it. It appears on the brochure's workspace. Click the "Move" tool, which look at like a white arrowhead, on the "Tools" pallets on the left side of the screen, to dredge the photograph into place.
Step 4
Replace the brochure's presetting text or Latin space fillers with your own. To to remove a text box entirely, click it once to culminating point it, then press the "Delete" key on your keyboard. Add a text box by to click the "Text" tool, which look at like an index chart with an "A" on it, on the "Tools" palette, then diagram a rectangle on the Booklet with your mouse.
Step 5
Change the brochure's presetting color Arrangement to your own by to click "Format," then "Brochure Options" and to click the "Color Schemes" link. Double-click a color scheme--Publisher automatically updates it on the screen.
