Publish a Web Page in SharePoint

  • Step 1

    Open a Web navigator window and to direct to your SharePoint site. Log in with your user name and password if incited by SharePoint.

  • Step 2

    Navigate to the SharePoint Web page you to want to edit.

  • Step 3

    Click the "Site Actions" drop-down menu close to the top-right corner of the screen and chosen the "Show Page edition Toolbar" option. If this option is not listed, do nothing.

  • Step 4

    Click the "Site Actions" drop-down menu still and chosen "Edit Page."

  • Step 5

    Make the necessary publish to your Web page.

  • Step 6

    Click the "Publish" button, found on the Page edition toolbar close to the top of the screen. then the page is published, the statute listed on the bar tool holder reads "Published and obvious to all readers."
