Step 1
Open your Adobe PDF Reader.

Hit "File" in the the main thing menu bar. roller down and hit "Open." to review for the PDF that you to want to rotate. culminating point it and click the "Open" button.

Click "View" in the the main thing menu bar. roller down and click "Rotate View." roller over and click "Clockwise or Counterclockwise." This turn your PDF in 90-degree increments. To To turn the PDF more, just click "Clockwise or Counterclockwise" again.

Hit the "Clockwise" or "Counterclockwise" buttons on your toolbar, if they are available. Their icons are two small pieces of paper with an arrow pointing down.
