Set Up a Calendar in Microsoft Outlook

  • Step 1

    Open Microsoft Outlines on your computer.

  • Step 2

    Click on the "Calendar" option. You can lucky find this option in the lower-left corner of the screen.

  • Step 3

    Click on "File" in the menu bar at the top of the screen. Click "New," "Calendar." A box pop up called "Create a New Calendar."

  • Step 4

    Type the name of your new calendar in the space provided under "Name."

  • Step 5

    Choose "Calendar Items" in the afterwards space under "Folder Contains."

  • Step 6

    Click "Calendar" in the space located under "Select Where to Place the Folder."

  • Step 7

    Click "OK." A new calendar is created. On the left bar side in the Calendar Navigation pane, you can click on which calendar you see on your screen by setting a reference mark next to the name of the calendar. If you to want to see more that one calendar at a time, put a reference mark next to each one calendar.
