Step 1
Merge your layers. Multiple layers in a booklet may slow downwards your process when Export or impression your booklet.
Using the layers panel, chosen and fusion all your layers.
For large photographs or graph image files created in others software, go back in to the original image or graph file and fusion layers there. Re-import the image back in to InDesign.
Step 2
Reduce the number of Police forces in your document. Use of multiple Eye of a character can slow downwards the impression or Export of your document.
Step 3
Change all images to TIFF files for easier output. A booklet to contain elements with many file prolongations can slow downwards printing. You need to return to the software in which you created the images in order to "save as" TIFF, then re-import in InDesign.
Step 4
Look to to make sure that you to have left no lost animal text boxes or images on your pasteboard. When designing, it's easy to missed blow a small article out of your sight in your workspace.
From the drop downwards "View" menu, to choose "Zoom out." Buzz all the way out so you see your entirety pasteboard. of the "Edit" drop downwards menu, to choose "Select All." each element of your booklet be highlight. If you see any lost animal images or text boxes on your pasteboard, chosen and delete.
Step 5
Look for image boxes or text boxes that may cross the fold of your booklet. Even if your images or text do not cross the fold visually, when you sight your booklet, a text box or image braces may cross the fold. To subsistence these strongly around your image or text, use the drop downwards menu "Object" and roller down to "Fitting." to choose "Fit braces to Content" to to bring the boxes narrowly cropped to your text or images.
If crossing the fold is a design element of your booklet and you to have problems impression because of it, you may to want to reconsider your design choice.
