Step 1
Click on the roast cell where you to want the value to appear. Press "=."
Step 2
Type the initially numeric value to be calculated in the chosen cell.
Step 3
Enter the operation "+," "-," "*" or "/" to add, subtract, to multiply or divide, in that order.
Step 4
Type in the in the second place value to be calculated. repetition steps 2 and 3 for additional operations and values. The equation would have look something like "=34+46/3," which represent 34 positive 46 divided by 3. Hit "Enter" to calculate.
Step 1
Enter numerical values in a vertical column or horizontal row. For example, to enter "10" in cell A1, "12" in cell A2 and "14" in cell A3. Or, to enter the numbers in cells A1, B1 and C1 consecutively.
Step 2
Click on the roast cell immediately to follow the boils number. If the numbers are in a vertical column, chosen the cell below the boils number. For numbers in a horizontal row, chosen the cell to the right-hand side of the boils number.
Step 3
Select the "summation" symbol, which look at similar to a backwards "3" with acute edges, located under the "Home" tab in the "Editing" group. Hit "Enter" to add the entirety row or column or values.
