Step 1

Click "Edit," "Select All" on the the main thing menu in Adobe Reader. This select the contents of the PDF document. Click the "Edit" menu still and see if the "Copy" or "Cut" option is available. If not, the author has restricted the document so that you not to be able copy the contents and transfer it to others program for editing.
Step 6
Close Adobe Reader and opened the file in Adobe Acrobat or others Adobe program, such as Illustrator, InDesign or Photoshop. The program messages of request you for the password again. Attempt to to publish the PDF document---if the program not to leave edits, that is others restriction set by the author so that the user can't change the document to her to like without permission. The author can too choose to to leave you to only to carry out certain publish to the document, like handling pages (adding, suppression or rotating), filling in forms and to be added comments to the PDF file.
