Step 1
Mix the Ground Turkey, salt and pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, bread crumbs and BBQ sauce together in a bowl. Mixing with your hands is the easiest way to ensure all ingredients combine well. Form Burger patties(1 lb usually makes about 5 burgers).
Step 2
Heat Grill for direct grilling to about 350 degrees. Rub Grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking. While you have the olive oil out, brush the red pepper and onion with the oil as well. Place on Grill and cook until soft.
Step 3
Grill burgers as you normally would.(about 5-10min each side)....by the way if you haven't done so already, open beer and start drinking it.
Step 4
Once burgers are done to your liking, remove from grill and place in bun. Top with fried egg, grilled red pepper, and grilled onion.
