Step 1

Start up the charcoals - you don't want to put anything on until the fire dies down and the coals are white. This is when it is ready for grilling. Be careful the grill will be very hot.
Step 2

Mix your ground beef with 1/4 pack of lipton onion soup mix and some worcestshire sauce. Dont mix too well - just do it lightly.
Step 3

Form into patties and bring outside to the grill. Grab your spatula too.
Step 4

Cook them over the coals for about 5 minutes on each side. Do not flip them too much or press on them. You will lose all the juices. Enjoy your fabulous perfect hamburgers.
