Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees

Boil your chicken until it turns white, making sure the inside of it is thoroughly cooked, then shred or cut it into bite size pieces

In a large bowl mix together your cream of chicken and sour cream until thoroughly mixed. It's best to mix it until you can longer see the white of the sour cream

Add your chicken pieces to your cream of chicken and sour cream mixture and when it's mixed all together, pour it into your baking dish and spread evenly
Step 5
Crumble up your Ritz crackers in a large zip lock bag (or just crumble by hand) and spread over the top of your casserole
Step 6
Cook for 25-35 minutes or until the Ritz crackers are brown. After removing from oven, let stand for 5 minutes to thicken, add salt and pepper if you wish
