Make Easy Roast Chicken for busy moms

  • Step 1


    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees





  • Step 2


    Place the chicken in the roasting pan





  • Step 3


    Melt a ½ stick of butter





  • Step 4


    Chop up two cloves of garlic and mix with the butter

    Pour butter mixture over chicken





  • Step 6


    Chop up one medium onion and pour the onions over the chicken





  • Step 7


    Sprinkle a generous amount of Lawry's seasoned salt over the chicken

    Fill the roasting pan with approximately a ½ inch of water





  • Step 9


    Bake at 350 degrees for 1.5 to 2 hours until chicken is tender and juices are clear
