  • Step 1


    Boil your chicken until it is done with the amount of onion or onion salt you desire. Remove it from the pan, and pull it into small pieces. Keep the broth boiling. Add some extra water and chicken broth. Put in a pinch of pepper and salt to taste.





  • Step 2


    Add the can of Rotel and the Fideo-vermicelli noodles. I usually make 2 quarts of broth and use two boxes of Fideo. If you haven't seen them they are yellow boxes in the pasta section. They have red writing on them and are rectangular shaped.





  • Step 3


    Let this all boil until the noodles are done-about 10 minutes. Simmer for a while to let flavors mix. Serve in bowls as it is like a soup dish.
