Make Gluten Free Citrus Soy Marinade for Meat and Vegetables with Only Five Ingredients

    Juice the orange and lemon.

    With the peel on the garlic, smash each clove with the flat part of your knife, then peel and chop each clove. (You can skip smashing the garlic if you'd like but it does help release the flavor. If you choose to skip this step, it's really no problem. Just peel each clove and then chop.)





  • Step 3


    Put all ingredients in a zip top bag and add meat or vegetables. Marinate for approximately one or two hours or even before you head out for work in the morning.
