Step 1
Cut the steak diagonally, across the grain, into very thin strips. The thinner you can get the strips, the more tender the beef will be.
Step 2
Marinate the sliced meat in the sauce while you wash the cutting board, start the rice (or noodles, or whatever else you will serve the stir-fry over), and prepare the vegetables.
Step 3
Take the meat out of the marinade with a slotted spoon and stir fry it in oil over high heat for a few minutes, until it is almost done.
Step 4
Add the vegetables and continue to stir fry until they are crisp tender. It may be necessary to add some more oil.
Step 5
Add the marinade and continue to stir fry until it comes to a boil. Serve and enjoy.
