  • Step 1

First off, start the grill. You want the grill to be nice and hot when you put the chicken on it. Get all of your ingredients
    together:

    1-whole chicken about 5lbs.
1-can of beer (brand of your choice).
    4-Bacon strips
    1-whole onion(Chopped)
    4-cut carrots
Tony Chacheres seasoning( I am from Louisiana we use this on everything)
    Worcestershire sauce
    Garlic powder.

  • Step 2

Wash your chicken then place it in on enough tinfoil that will wrap around the entire chicken. Cup the edges where the juices wont run off.

  • Step 3

Sprinkle generously with the Worcestershire sauce, Then with the Tony's seasoning and Garlic. Rub it into the chicken well. Place the bacon strips on top of the chicken. Open the beer, DO NOT POUR IT OUT!

  • Step 4

Place the whole beer inside the chicken. Surround the chicken with the carrots and onions. Wrap well and place on the grill. Cook for about 1-2 hours, time depends on the size of the chicken, and grill heat.

This chicken cooks so juicy that it falls off the bone. I hope you enjoy it.

A great side to the chicken is corn on the cob. Put the entire cob, husk and all on the grill for the last 30 minutes of the chickens cooking time. This makes a perfect corn on the cob.
