Step 1
Pick a choice cut of steak or beef to serve at least 4 people.
Next thing is to wash and cut into strips - (like you would when preparing fajitas).

Using a different cutting board and knife slice a jalapeno(s). Peel garlic as much as desired, then slice. Cut lemons in half and squeeze all juice out. Set aside for later.
Step 3
Now you're ready to get your skillet on the stove, medium heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil. Place the jalapenos and garlic slices into the pan. Lower the heat and sautee for until slightly tender. Remove the garlic and jalapeno from skillet with wooden spoon and add another teaspoon of olive oil.
Step 4
Place the meat in pan and sautee until almost crispy and brown. Add the salt and black pepper at this point. Now combine the garlic and pepper back in and stir. Bring the lemon juice and slowly pour half. Let it cook down while stirring. It should look like a brown sauce. Finally, add the rest of the lemon juice and give it one last mix with your spoon.
Remove from heat and serve with toasted pita bread or rice. You can prepare a (persian) salad and hummus to serve as sides. READY TO ENJOY!!!
