Step 1

Set Up
Take out your crescent rolls and separate. Place on a pan so that the edges of each corner touch each other (see picture). Roll the corners together so that you create a flattened area about 3" wide all the way around.
The crescent rolls will not create a inside circle as big as the one in the picture. The inside circle made by the dough will be about 3" wide and get about an inch or two smaller when rolling the edges together.
Step 2
Make your filling.
The roll is very versatile, meaning you can do a combination of many foods and create different flavors. If you have leftovers, this is a way to reuse them. Some suggestions are:
Broccoli, Chicken, and Cheese
Beef, refried beans, tomatoes, and cheese
Chicken, Cream of Mushroom, and Corn
Pepperoni, Cheese, Beef, and Onion
Brisket, BBQ sauce, and Onion
When combining ingredients, always make sure you have a wet ingredient. This will help bind everything together and avoid dryness.
Step 3

Overlapping Filling
Spoon the filling onto the flattened area of the dough. Mound it up high and then take the strips of dough and place it over the filling, pressing the inside together (see picture).
Step 4
Heat your oven to 375. Place the ring in the oven and cook until golden brown or longer if desired.
