Step 1
For a quick dinner that only takes 10 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes cooking time try this "thin sliced chicken breast recipe".
Mix ½ cup of shredded parmesan cheese and ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese with ¾ cup of mayonnaise. Mix well. Spread a coating of this mixture over each chicken breast.
Step 2
By using a food processor or blender, I crush a box of Kraft Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken into fine crumbs. I place the crumbs in a container with small holes then sprinkle a light layer of crumbs on the mayo/cheese mixture.
Step 3
Place chicken in 425 degree pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. Should the chicken be a little thicker, just add another 5 or 10 minutes to the cooking time.

* After the first time you have made this chicken you may prefer a heavier amount of Stuffing Mix the second time around. It's purely a preference.
