  • Step 1

depending on what you are serving for dinner helps in deciding the flavor of the mushrooms you would like. For instance I decided tonight is chicken so what goes good on chicken? my favorite is lemon chipotle. 1st cut up onions in medium size slices and chop some garlic put them in a medium size sauce pan with olive oil 2(TB) spoons or half stick of butter. put heat on medium high.

  • Step 2

as the onions and garlic are cooking cut into slices(small)the red peppers, make sure you stir the onions every sio often so that they do not burn. add the peppersand then start slicing the mushrooms turn the heat down to simmering add the mushrooms. now if you want it spicy take two or three of the chipotle peppers and chop them up add them and some of the jucie from the can of chipotle peppers.

  • Step 3

now add about a cup of white wine, and cilantro (1/2 cup), now you can add a couple splashes of worcestershire and soy sauce, salt and pepper (to taste) and frehly squeezed lemon (1 medium lemon). let simmer as you cook the chicken, stirring accasionaly. The best chicken is grilled (in my opinion).

  • Step 4

For grilling chicken I like to do bonless breasts, there are two ways I do the grilling 1) frozen, yes that is right through the frozen breast on the grill and start cooking, as they cook the and thaw the chicken will stay moist. 2) marinade the chicken for about two hours and then cook. when the chicken is done so will your mushrooms, pour mushrooms over chicken and enjoy.
