Step 1
Empty the cans of tomatoes in a large sauce pan. Bring to a boil.
Step 2
Next mix the flour and eggs in a bowl. The mixture will be sort of dry.
drop the flour mixture through your fingers, into the boiling tomatoes.
Step 3
Cook until the crumbled dumplings are soft and full. About 5 to 7 minutes. My grand mother would say, " Cook it until it is done." Season to taste.
