Step 1
Into a large bowl add the following ingredients: 4 chicken breasts, 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/3 cup Dijon mustard, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup honey, 1 tablespoon chili sauce, 4 cloves minced garlic, 4 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice and 4 tablespoons of freshly squeezed orange juice.
Step 2
Carefully mix all ingredients with a large serving spoon. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Then, place the bowl of chicken and marinade in the refrgerator for up to 3 hours.
Step 3
Barbeque on pre-heated grill for 10 minutes. Turn chicken over and cok for an additional 10 mminutes or until cooked. Check carefully to avoid burning the chicken.
Step 4
Optional step. If you choose not to barbeque cooking, place in a pre-heated 400degree F oven for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Place barbequed or cooked chicken on a decorative serving dish and add rosemary sprigs for garnish.
