Step 1
Open your can of cream of chicken soup and add it to a medium size pot. Dice up your celery, peppers and onions. Add your veggies and salt and pepper to the pot of soup, add your milk and turn your burner on medium low.
Step 2
Defrost your chicken breast if you have not already done so. Add it to a medium size skillet on low heat setting and let it cook through until there is no pink in the center.
Step 3
While the chicken is cooking and the soup is simmering, make up your mashed potatoes.
Step 4
When the chicken is done, drain any liquids from the pan and move it into the chicken soup pot and give it a good stir. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 5
When the mashed potatoes are finished, serve up a heap onto a plate and pour a large spoonful of the chicken soup mixture over the top and voila!
Enjoy!
